Use the current attractions, not an old itinerary
Muppet*Vision 3D closed after June 7, 2025. It is no longer an afternoon rest stop. Disney announced the change in its Monsters and Muppets update.

Before the visit: decide which queues matter
Choose whether to use standby, Multi Pass, Single Pass, or a combination. Do not assume a purchase guarantees a particular return time. Prices, selection groups, and availability shown in the app determine what you can book.
After using the first Multi Pass selection, look for another available selection; you do not need to finish all three first. Do not use Multi Pass as a plan for repeated access to the same ride. Our Lightning Lane guide links to Disney's rules and explains the tradeoffs.
Morning: follow your highest priority
If Star Wars is the main reason for visiting
Check Rise of the Resistance and Millennium Falcon options against the day's hours and your reservations. Begin in Galaxy's Edge when that fits your plan, but allow for attraction interruptions. Choose a meeting point for travelers who prefer exploring the area to riding.
If you have a later paid return window, use the morning for another priority rather than automatically waiting for the same experience twice. Avoid promising a walk-on based on arrival time alone.
If Toy Story or family rides matter more
Consider Toy Story Land or another suitable attraction first. Review height requirements for each child and decide which experiences the party can enjoy together. One family's must-do coaster can be another family's optional stop.
Keep the second stop nearby. A plan that alternates between distant areas wastes time even when its individual attraction choices are good.
Late morning: work toward lunch
Use your fixed return windows and the show schedule to choose the next stop. Give yourself enough time to reach a reservation without turning the walk into a race. If a queue is longer than you want, use a planned alternative rather than joining it because an itinerary says so.
For travelers with different interests, this can be a useful time to split. Decide who is responsible for children and where the group reunites. Include the time needed to walk out of an attraction after riding.
Midday: a meal and a seated break
Choose a meal near the part of the park you expect to be in. Check the restaurant menu directory for options and confirm any reservation. A long lunch may be welcome for one party and too much scheduled time for another.
Use the current entertainment schedule to find a seated show that interests your group. Do not substitute an outdated attraction list for today's program. If you need a resort break, allow for the full round trip and reconsider whether an evening return is realistic.
Afternoon and evening: leave choices open
Return to one remaining priority, a show, or an area you want to explore. Keep at least one optional item that can be dropped. A late queue, a performance time change, or tired children should not make the whole day fail.
If a nighttime show matters, check its actual time and plan dinner and the trip home around it. Do not assume rides remain available after the show or that a final queue will be short. Check individual attraction hours.
Make the day fit your travelers
